Sprezzatura-GovCIO Joint Venture Acquires Veterans Affairs Operating Division from Intelligent Waves LLC

Washington, D.C. – The Sprezzatura-GovernmentCIO Joint Venture is proud to announce the acquisition of the Veterans Affairs Operating Division from IntelligentWaves LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) based in Reston, Virginia.

The Veterans Affairs Operating Division has shown considerable finesse in supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) contract, having previously won a $2.9 million task order to provide Just in Time (JIT) user provisioning and warehouse management support for the VA’s Office of Strategic Operations.
