Quintus brings a successful career of over 25 years of in healthcare, technology, and operations leadership across the federal and commercial spaces to Government CIO. Starting his career with the Xerox Corporation, Quintus has held roles with increasing scope and P&L responsibility for global companies such as Mitsubishi Chemical, Dell, Booz-Allen & Hamilton, and GE Healthcare. In the federal space, Quintus has served as Chief Technology Officer for Advanced Resource Technologies Inc. (ARTI) and VP of Business Development for Halfaker where he delivered over $125 million in contract awards in less than 2 years. Quintus has become a fixture in Beltway Health IT circles as he frequently chairs key panel discussions for AFCEA Bethesda Health IT Day. QB holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Southern University and an MBA from the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia.
